- • Certificates are issued within 30 days of course completion
- • Job placement support is valid for 6 months post-completion

- • 2-Month EMI: ₹6,000/month(No processing fee)
- • 3-Month EMI: ₹5,000/month(Flexible payment)

- • Bank transfers for corporate enrollments
- • Payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways

3. Student Responsibilities

- • Submit all assignments and projects on time
- • Engage actively in group discussions and collaborative tasks
- • Achieve a minimum score of 70% in the final assessment
- • Follow all instructor guidelines and course protocols
Behavioral Standards:
- • Maintain respectful and professional conduct toward instructors and peers
- • Do not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without permission
- • Provide accurate personal and academic information during enrollment
- • Use a dedicated learning environment free from distractions
- • Promptly report any technical issues or misconduct to the support team
Important: Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in restricted access, academic penalties, or termination of enrollment as per TechPath's policies.
4. Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe, respectful, and legally compliant learning environment, the following activities are strictly forbidden on the TechPath platform:

- • Engaging in disruptive behavior during live sessions or forums

- • Harassing or intimidating instructors, mentors, or fellow students
- • Violating copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

- • Immediate suspension of your account
- • Loss of access to all course materials and services
- • Forfeiture of fees paid, without refund

6. Termination
By You:
- • You may request account termination within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund
- • After 7 days, termination results in loss of access and forfeiture of fees

We reserve the right to terminate access under the following conditions:

- • Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
